What you actually hold

  • Centrifuge deRWAchecked 2026-10-28Transferable note on fund shares

Neither a share nor a fund unit: a transferable note ("deRWA") backed by shares of the Janus Henderson Anemoy S&P 500 Index Fund, which licenses the index from S&P Dow Jones. The note moves freely between wallets without KYC - that is the whole point of the wrapper - while the fund share class behind it stays whitelisted. Secondary coverage calls it a Reg S instrument, which fits the non-US-only terms.

Custody: Anemoy issues the whitelisted fund share class; those shares sit behind the note. Centrifuge does not publish which entity holds them.

Redemption: Subscription and redemption with the issuer are open to non-US persons who pass KYC and sanctions screening. Without that, the exit is the DEX pool - the instant-exit venues Centrifuge lists serve the whitelisted fund tokens, not the notes.

Legal and custody wording comes from each issuer. The onchain row is ours: it is read from the mints themselves, checked 2026-10-28.
